very small diy yard upto 3 stables available will only be sharing whole yard with 1 other 13hh pony. stables have mains water/automatic drinkers, stable matting electricity,hay storage great access to bridal paths and offroad hacking,i intend to rent to one other person with either 1/3 horses or ponies as cant be bothered with the hassle that livery yards can bring. price negotiable
